Toni Clifford – type 1 diabetic, one-of-a-kind spin enthusiast, committed to a cure
Toni was diagnosed 11 years ago and lives everyday with the constant battle of monitoring and addressing the effects of type 1 diabetes. Through the support of her family and her commitment to a healthy lifestyle, she sets an example for all that there is a powerful life after diagnosis. She is proud to lead this event to raise awareness and funds toward a cure for type 1 diabetes.

Originally from New York (Mets, not Yankees; Giants, not Jets), Toni was a professional ballerina studying with top Companies including the New York City Ballet. She hung up her pointe shoes and moved to Boston for grad school, where she first found cycling and Zumba. Her dance background has proven to be an amazing asset, fueling her 8-year strong Zumba teaching and now riding to the beat at Cycle Town.

Cycle Town is revolutionizing the ride and is a dedicated indoor cycling studio providing one of the most effective high cardio, low body-impact exercises. Conveniently located in Hingham Square, they offer music-driven cardio fun on a bike. This is serious fitness for men and women of all ages, so prepare to gear up and lose yourself in the ride.
